Terms of display

Article 01

Operator

Lord Of USA is operated by Nguyễn Minh Thiện (Laughing Thi), a sole proprietor based in Vietnam, with a contact address at laughingthi010@gmail.com. Questions may be sent to support@nature-flow.cloud.

Article 02

The service

Lord Of USA provides temporary digital placements on an interactive United States map. A placement may show the display name, message and color submitted for one state.

A purchase does not grant ownership of land or a U.S. state, government authority, a trademark, or any other property right. Lord Of USA is an independent entertainment website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a government entity.

Article 03

Eligibility and customer responsibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract and use an authorized payment method. Check the selected state, amount, display name, message and color before payment.

Article 04

Payment and delivery

Paddle processes payments as merchant of record. Paddle may calculate and collect applicable taxes and request information needed to complete a transaction.

A checkout confirmation alone does not mean the placement has been awarded. After Paddle confirms payment, our server checks the amount against the current state record. The private result page shows the final outcome.

Article 05

Competing payments

More than one person may begin checkout for the same state. The placement goes to an eligible payment after it is confirmed and processed by the server. If a payment arrives too late to meet the current minimum, we start a full refund for that transaction.

Article 06

Duration and replacement

There is no guaranteed display period. A later eligible payment may replace a placement at any time. Replacement after a placement has been delivered is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

Article 07

Public content

Display names and messages are public user-generated content. You must follow the Content Rules and must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or sensitive personal content.

We may hide or replace content that violates those rules. Removing content for a rules violation does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Article 08

Availability and closure

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages or events outside our reasonable control.

If the service permanently closes, active placements end. Any remedy will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances of the closure; no minimum remaining display term is promised.

Article 09

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post material changes with a revised effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support@nature-flow.cloud before starting a formal dispute.
