Lord Of USA is operated by Nguyễn Minh Thiện (Laughing Thi), a sole proprietor based in Vietnam. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@nature-flow.cloud or laughingthi010@gmail.com.

Information we process
We may process the selected state, payment amount, display name, public message, color, transaction identifiers, payment status, timestamps, support messages, reports, IP address, and limited device or request information used for security and rate limiting.

Payment information
Paddle collects and processes checkout, identity, tax and payment information under its own privacy terms. We do not receive or store full card credentials.

What is public
Your display name, message, selected state, color, amount and takeover time may be publicly visible. Do not enter private or sensitive information in public fields.

Why we use data
We use data to perform the purchase contract, deliver placements, reconcile payments, process refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, moderate public content, answer support requests, comply with legal obligations and keep necessary business records.

Retention
Transaction and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax, payment and other applicable laws. Security logs, reports and support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, dispute handling and abuse prevention.

Service providers and transfers
We use Paddle for checkout, tax handling and payment processing. The service may also use hosting, database and CAPTCHA providers to operate securely. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and applicable transfer safeguards. The final provider list must be completed in the site configuration or this policy before launch.

Storage and cookies
The site uses browser storage to preserve checkout and private result-page continuity. Paddle and essential security services may set technology required to process a payment or prevent abuse. We will disclose any non-essential analytics or advertising cookies before enabling them.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to privacy@nature-flow.cloud; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
